Yoga Vinyasa 15 days

Training objectives:

  • Discover the 8 branches of yoga
  • Discover finger yoga or Mudras
  • Important notions of anatomy (bones, muscles, joints, spine, etc.)
  • Know the main pathologies that lead students to yoga (back pain, knee problems, shoulder problems…).
  • Learn and practice the main ASANAS (yoga postures) standing, on the floor and inversions.
  • Learn how to build a complete Vinyasa Yoga session by theme.
  • Know the benefits of yoga practice for the body (and especially certain pathologies) and for the mind.
  • Learn to guide a yoga session by giving clear instructions and correcting participants.
  • Learn the most important tips for becoming a yoga teacher.
