Target group: anyone wishing to learn and share this type of yoga.

Training objectives :

  • The difference between hanging yoga and floor yoga
  • The benefits of suspended yoga for the body and mind
  • Know the benefits of practice for certain pathologies (back pain, shoulder pain, etc.).
  • Know the main postures to perform with the help of the hammock
  • Learn how to build a suspended yoga lesson by theme (flexibility, abdominal strength, upper body strength, lower body strength).
  • Learn to correct postures and give instructions
